Colonial Downs STAKES

Purse $100,000. Five And One Half Furlongs. For Two Year Old Fillies (registered Virginia Bred/sired Or Virginia Restricted). No nomination fee. $250 to enter and $250 to start. Supplementary nomination of $1,000 (which includes entry and starting fees) may be made at the time of entry. $100,000 (plus an additional $50,000 for Virginia Bred/and/or Virginia Sired), with 60% to the owner of the winner, 20% to second, 11% to third, 6% to fourth and 3% to fifth. Weight: 122 Lbs. Non-winners of a race other than maiden or claiming allowed 2 Lbs. a raceother than claiming 4 Lbs. Starters and riders to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. This race will be limited to fourteen (14) starters. In the event more than fourteen entrants pass through the entry box, preference will be giiven to stakes winners, winners, then the highest lifetime earnings. Any horse excluded due to the aforementioned preference shall be refunded the entry fee and supplementary nomination fee, if applicable. Trophy to the winning owner. Nominations closed Wednesday, July 16, 2025 with 17 nominations and 1 suppplement.
